Reservations only will be confirmed after payment. The receipt should be send by fax or e-mail.

OBS: We do not accept payment from someone’s else check. If payment do not confirm, the reservation can be auto-cancelled.

• 2.2.1. If the guest do not show up at the time, it is necessary to call the hotel at least 12 hours vefore. Otherwise reservation will be cancelled;
• 2.2.2. Half of the price has to be paid during the check-in;
• 2.2.3. If you can not stay the whole period, once you are checked-in, it is not possible to have your money back;
• 2.2.4. The cancellation request should be by e-mail or fax. If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fee of 10% will be charged according to the law. If canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% will be charged;
• 2.2.5. The rates begin at 2pm and close at 12pm. If the guest leave the room after this time, it will be charged half of the rate – until 6pm.
• 2.2.6. When payment is done through bank current account or credit card, we confirm the reservation according all the rules.
